Camp Site Guidelines & Rules

The following rules and regulations must be read and fully understood by all participants. While these highlight the primary rules related to the Youth Camp, it is not an all-inclusive list but it is in addition to the rules and regulations of our host, Weekday Recreation Camp site.

  • All participants should bring the Holy Bible.

  • Weather Forecast for 04th April, to 06th April ranges from 13 to 23 degrees. Please bring clothes appropriately.

  • The campsite will provide food and accommodation to all. There will be games and activities during the youth camp, please consider bringing clothes appropriately for the same.

  • Participants are expected to bring their own personal toiletries, medicines, bed sheets and pillows.

  • All participants are expected to adhere to the regulations, policies, and guidelines as well as to local, state, and federal laws concerning health, safety, and public order.

  • Participants MUST remain on the Campsite site for the duration of the Conference and any unauthorised exit from the camp will result in you being reported to local police, your vicar, and your emergency contact as a missing person.

  • Participants should not change their allocated rooms.

  • Any form of physical or verbal aggression towards another individual will not be allowed.

  • All participants must attend all camp sessions and activities in a timely manner.

  • Any valuables brought to the camp facility by participant are his/ her sole responsibility. The MGOCSM OCYM East Asia Region Committee will not be held responsible for the loss or reimburse any lost items.

  • Respect the camp and the site – participants will be responsible for damages to the campsite property.

  • All phones should be turned off or kept in silent mode during all the sessions.

  • The instructions given by the officials/volunteers are to be followed always.

  • The Kitchen is out of bound to all participants and bins must be used for disposing rubbish.

  • Noise must be kept to a minimum all times.

  • Do not use the activity area unless supervised by camp authorities.

  • No visitors are allowed in the camp site.

  • There is a daily curfew of 11:00 PM post which no participants are allowed outside their allocated rooms.

  • The MGOCSM-OCYM East Asia Region Committee has the right to enforce the above rules & guidelines.

While these are the written rules, each participant is expected to behave in a Christian manner respecting the rights and privacy of one another. MGOCSM-OCYM East Asia Committee Officials/ Volunteers reserve the right to search individuals or their rooms if there are inappropriate activities.
